2023 Aerial Progress Reel

This reel is a raw and simple reflection on my first full year of aerial training. From shaky inversions to early climbs, it captures the kind of slow-burn progress that can feel invisible while it’s happening—but becomes clearer in retrospect.

I had originally planned to create a separate reel for my first year of ballet, but time escaped me (as it does). I also hoped to use this project as a way to refresh my video editing skills—relearning tools I hadn’t touched in years and reintroducing myself to the creative process behind the camera as well as in front of it.

It’s not fancy or polished, but it’s full of effort and intention—and that’s exactly what it needed to be.
